EMAIL from Ashlee to everyone..................

(JUNE 8TH EMAIL UPDATE)

I went back to the doctor this morning. I am dilated 2cm, almost 3 now. My dr. said hopefully she'll see me before my next appointment, which is next Tuesday at 11:30. She said if I do not have Maloree by next Friday, my due date, we would induce that weekend (the 19th or 20th)!!!!! Wouldn't it be so neat if it's the 20th, Father's Day!

Not too much longer until we get to meet our baby girl!

Hopefully I will have exciting news before next Tuesday, but if not, I will send another update then.

(JUNE 2nd email)

Well, I had my ultrasound done this morning - Maloree weighs 6 pounds 6 ounces according to her measurements. My Dr. said they can sometimes be off by a pound - she may be less or more! She said she should be around 7 and a half pounds when I have her, unless I have her before my due date. We could also see she has a little bit of hair!

I am still only dilated 1 cm and 70% effaced. Nothing has changed! I will be 38 weeks Friday - so 2 weeks to go!!!!!!!!! Let's pray that she comes before then, because MOM is getting to be pretty miserable. My next Dr. appointment is next Tuesday, June 8 @ 10:30. I'll have another update then!

(May 26th email)I went back to the Dr. today - I am still only dilated 1 cm. The Dr. said maybe a hair more, but she's still saying 1cm. I am 70% effaced, which means my cervix is thinning out for the baby to come out. The Dr. said the baby is definitely head down, like she is supposed to be. She said none of this means I will deliver early - it's just a great start!

(May 19th email) I went back to the doctor this morning. I have dilated 1 cm, so we will have a baby soon!!!!!! My doctor said not to get too excited, but it's a start. We only have 4 weeks to go. I will be 36 weeks this Friday.

I will be going to the doctor weekly now, so I go back next Wednesday (5/26/04). Hopefully I will have more exciting news then.

New 3D ultrasound picture taken in April 2004 I think she was rubbing her eye....probably sleeping before the technician started pushing on her	Her fist raised against her head. She'll probably be a fighter. Tucker better watch out. On the other hand, if she is ANYTHING like her mother, she'll be another stubborn QUEEN
I believe this is her hand against her eye again. She obviously was trying to catch some "shut-eye", but mom, Nana Bev, Tucker, and the technician just WOULDN'T LEAVE HER ALONE!
